Ole!


Here is another shared recipe. This is one of our family favorites. My friend Traci did an email recipe swap and this was one of the little gems I got from it.

Mexican Chicken Fettuccini

Really Fast -

Really YummyFrom: Sarah Warcup, Boise, ID

12 oz. Fettuccini

4 Chicken Breasts Cubed or Shredded

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

2 Cloves Garlic

1 Package Mexican/Taco Seasoning

1 C Whipping Cream or Evaporated Milk

1 Tbsp Parsley

1/4 C Parmesan Cheese

Boil water and cook fettuccini. Heat Oil. Add chicken to cook. Add garlic and taco seasoning. Cook 1 minute. Add whipping cream; simmer low 3-5 minutes. Add parsley and cheese. Serves 6.
