I LOVE Real Simple. Love it. I get more recipes and useful information from there than just about any other magazine.
Today for lunch I made roast beef salad with goat cheese and balsamic vinaigrette. Just like the magazine says: Real Simple.
And so yummy!

me too! one of my favorites! now that im kinda into cooking ive been trying a ton of recipes too and theirs are always so good. ive gotten some great simple ideas from there i just wouldnt thought of on my own -- like using an old kleenex box to store my plastic grocery bags.
I am a huge fan of beets. Beets with goat cheese sounds fantastic. I am printing the recipe.
p.s. The red pee that comes from eating beets amuses me. Yes, I am easily amused.
