I know, know know this is a bad idea, but I do it anyway. I have fallen into the habit of letting Caroline sleep with me on non-school days. Again, yes, I know this is a bad idea but she loves it and honestly, I love waking up and seeing her face next to me. She always wakes chatty and in the best mood. And some days, she wakes up and sings me a song. What's not to love about that?

If it is only on her off school days, what's the harm? It sounds like she understands it. Besides, one way or another, she will mature out of it. Life is tough. I say, let her have this simple comfort :).

Oh god, Katie, I know how you feel. I still love Erik in my bed, but it has turned into such a problem! Now he won't go to sleep in his room at all; he has to sleep with Siri in her room and he kicks her all night so no one sleeps well.
I love it too.
